A simple dress with a flare. I enjoy wearing dresses in the summer. And this one is fun with the drapey hem in the back. The color is a bit loud, but if anytime is appropriate for red, summer is the best for me to carry it off. The fabric is strong and the dress is well constructed. Sizing is true to size. A good choice for me and good value, too. October 7, 2012
