I finally got this dress, FedEx said they delivered it but I never received it! I called customer service and they asked whether I wanted another or a refund. No hassle whatsoever. I asked for another. It was sent overnight delivery and I love it! It is very casual but looks cuter on than in the picture. The sleeves are a bit long and a little loose around the wrist so I may get them altered or just push them up a bit. But, I'm short. It's not a huge issue for me as I liked it so much..
