This skirt looks extremely cute, HOWEVER, it runs way big, order a size down and the biggest issue is that it has no recovery. This style needs to stay tight on the body, and as soon as you wear it it bags out and stays baggy, the ruched section around your hips just hangs like a curtain swag...not cute... I think for its price its not good, if I paid $20.00 for it at a cheap store then I would have said "it is what it is", but from Neiman's I expect more. September 23, 2012
