About Max Studio:
After his start in the costume department of the Kirov (Mariinsky) Ballet, Leon Max went on to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology and in 1979 launched his own line of apparel, Max Studio. Max designs with eurocentric sensibility and holds high the art of craftsmanship in each piece of clothing. He blends abstract ideas with cultural context and human nature in his apparel, creating a cascading print blouse or a patterned colorblocked top that allows you to express your own fashion sense.
