  • Return Policy

    At Last Call, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
    • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
    • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
    • Last Call reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

    Returning By Mail

    Enclose the Return section of the packing slip with your item(s), noting the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit or refund (based on your form of payment).

    RETURNS ARE FREE if you choose to receive Last Call Credit and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Check the Last Call Credit box on the packing slip. When the return is processed, a virtual merchandise credit gift card will be sent to the Purchaser's email address within 24 hours. We are not able to process a virtual merchandise credit gift card for gift recipients, see Gifts section below.

    If you prefer a refund to your original form of Payment, a $9.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Check the Original Payment box on the packing slip.

    If you prefer not to use the Smart Label (you will not qualify for Free Returns), please ship the item prepaid and insured to Sales Division, 123 Customer Way, Irving, TX 75039. For a replacement shipping label, please call 1.800.456.5488.

    Last Call store purchases may be returned by mail to the store in which it was purchased. Please ship your return prepaid and insured and include a copy of the receipt so that your credit can be easily processed.

    Gift Returns In Store

    To return a gift by mail, simply fill out the return section, note the reason for return, and check the Gift Recipient box. A Neiman Marcus Group Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for store, online, and catalog purchases from Neiman Marcus, Horchow, Last Call and Bergdorf Goodman. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check instead of a gift card.

    Returning In Store

    Eligible items may be returned to a Last call store for credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Just bring the merchandise and your packing slip or receipt the Customer Service department at a Last Call Store. Last Call.com returns will not be accepted in Neiman Marcus full-line stores. Merchandise must be in saleable condition and be accompanied by the original packing slip in order for the Last Call store to accept it.

    Other Items

    All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Due to air transportation restrictions and regulations, certain items considered hazardous materials are restricted to ground-only transport. These include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray containers, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.).

    Return/exchange policies for specific items not covered by the above policy -- such as jewelry, fine art, etc. -- will be noted on the packing slip of that item.

  • Return for Early Credit

  • Return for Early Credit Information

    Last Call is pleased to offer Returns for Early Credit for eligible purchases. Credit will be initiated to your banking institution when the U.S. post office scans your return shipping label on your package. Your purchase may not qualify for the Returns for Early Credit program and if so, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.

    Exchanges are excluded. For Exchanges, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.

    To submit online merchandise for an Early Credit request, follow these steps:

    1. If you are a registered customer, log in to your account and select the order number from your Order History.
      Non-registered customers (Guest) must have the order number (located on the packing slip) and the email address or phone number of the original purchaser. If you do not have this information, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.
    2. Choose from the eligible item(s) you wish to return and follow the online process/steps to submit your request.
    3. Affix the provided SmartLabel associated with the merchandise to the outside of your package and enclose the return section of the packing slip with the returned item(s).
    4. Drop your package off at a U.S. post office.

    Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary between payment providers. You will receive an email advising the credit process with your banking institution has been initiated.

    Can't find your label? You can print a new label when you log in to your account and select item(s) for Returns for Early Credit.

    If you return a gift using the Return for Early Credit process, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser. If you do not want the credit to be issued to the original purchaser, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.
